Very good course with some good pointers
Very good course with some good advice and pointers. I felt the questions at the end could have been better however and would have been better to have had a presentation in addition to the notes. Ideally this course would have role play example of an appraisal in progress

I found the course to be very useful and have a better understanding on how to conduct a Performance Review. I am more confident in what is expected of me as a Manager.

The course gave a clear short overview of the process of appraisal. I think that this information covered the key things needed and along with an organisations own procedures would be enough to enable a person/persons to set up or take part in appraisals effectively. I think the concise nature of the course is helpful with time constraints faced by employers/employees.
