very useful overview
It is a good thing to understand how the service defines bullying and harassment and their legal differences. In one sense I would think of them both as equally wrong but its good to understand the finer points and refresh oneself on the differences.

The 0 tolerance policy mentioned on this course doesn't select the reality of the situation in my company as certain members of staff are allowed to remain despite of racial attacks and verbal abuse towards other members of staff.
