Very informative and well explained.
I think its vital that we all understand that bullying and harassment in the workplace is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. This course emphasised that and gave clear instructions of how to cope and deal formally and informally with these situations should they occur.
Great Online Course
I’ve just completed the online Bullying & Harassment training with iHASCO and found it really useful. The course was clear, engaging, and helped reinforce the key differences between bullying and harassment, along with practical examples of how to identify and address both in the workplace. Overall, a helpful refresher. t
Concise and to the point
This is a well presented course, on a subject that we hope we never have to encounter. What's the difference between "Bullying and Banter?" In the majority of cases, it's "Perception." Where you thought you were "sparing someones feelings" could actually be construed as harassment. This course spells it out very clearly and concisely, so that there is less chance for ambiguity. Hopefully it will make you think before you speak.
