gives clear explanations on types of bullying and harassment and how to avoid been seen as bullying or harassing someone by accident or with intent within the work place and within the community.
Clear and considered
An interesting and concise evaluation of bullying and harassment in the workplace. Good examples. Professionally delivered. Better than sitting through "death by PowerPoint" with an intermittent I.T. issue while watching the clock.
