Excellent course broken down into segments with great examples all very well explained
Very useful for identifying unwelcome and unacceptable behaviour and how to deal with it
Used the training to help somebody who was struggling in a toxic workplace. They have gone away with detailed information, managed to identify where they have recorded issues (in WhatsApp messages to a friend) and an action plan to take up with HR. The course enabled me to help them to identify a pattern of unwelcome behaviour from a senior colleague going back over a number of months and to help them to realise that they, as well as other employees and customers are being bullied.

Must be ok if I passed
Possibly put more practice questions in, maybe half way through each section, just to shorted concentration time .
