I love the training, it's so informative.
Very good course, interesting and informative.
Clear information and easy to follow. Multiple choice questions at the end easy to answer as the content was fully covered during the course.

Odd perspective
Covers off the basics reasonably well. However, I really struggle with the following phrasing: "Unfortunately, from a legal standpoint, your organisation is not liable for any bullying from a third-party if it doesn’t pose a threat to your physical safety". Unfortunately??? This reads like a political position has been taken. Unfortunately for who? Also, I found the advice to create a workplace pact with colleagues and then bring to HR quite strange, making it difficult for the HR function who are the experts on the topic to then influence the content and left to manage a fait accomplit situation. Where does this advice come from? Is it mirrored in ACAS or CIPD? It's just unhelpful in practice and I thought unneccessary.
