On the whole v good but took one star off for the section on a tidy workspace, which I thought was a bit patronising.
The combination of listening, questions and the practical tasks was great. I found it really helpful to organise my tasks using the Eisenhower Method and the way the course broke this down was excellent. I will be using this in future.
