pointless – self evident
this won't change racists, and it won't change selfish people or bullying – there's always people who enjoy power, privilege, and enjoy treating people differently. this felt like a pure tick box exercise with the requirement to learn a few bits of jargon from psychology; diversity is billed as good (and so it is) but most places I've ever worked in have a similar set of people (personalities). What you should also be aiming for is a diversity of personalities, not just a diversity of looks/religion/race/gender. Maybe it's more important to have both public and privately educated, regional and other accents, different life viewpoints, political beliefs. I also feel the students should have diversity and anti-bullying classes, not only staff.
Intuitive, structured and efficient
The platform allows for efficient, user-friendly experience, and therefore, more efficient grasp of the material. It's concise, fluid, and easy to anvigate.
Clear, well presented and informative.
I was only vaguely aware of what "unconscious bias" meant until I took this online coure. I now feel I have a clear understanding of its meaning and of how I might practise strategies for reducing bias in my interactions with people at work and in my personal life. I thought the course was well written and presented.

Good information but lacks more depth
Good information being provided but was a little disappointed that there wasn't more depth. Provides actionable basics to use in the workplace and draws attention for further thinking.
