Condescending and useless
Most people learn not to judge a book by its cover when they're a child. This course subjects grown adults to the type of talk you'd give a 3-year-old. Gee, I never knew not to stereotype people before! Thanks for bringing this to my attention! That was definitely half an hour well spent.

Professional and clear to understand
Unconscious bias is a phrase that comes up from time to time and I find it is often ignored. This training session broke all the elements down in easy to understand bites and encouraged me to think and ACT! It will be interesting to now put it into practice in the workplace and elsewhere.

Excellent training
Very good training with thought provoking and interesting exercises to assess your unconscious bias. Found the audio task particularly effective and feel much more aware of unconscious bias and how to overcome it.
