VERY BENEFICIAL
I found the course opened my eyes to some potential bias I may have to people and situations without realising the effects it may have on myself and employees. I found it interesting and rewarding.

Informative
This is something we are all aware of and it is good to take the training as it makes you more conscious of bias in your day. The coarse had a really good description of what unconscious bias is. I liked the bit about making decisions in the present based on experiences of the past.
