The course gave good advice on how to have a more productive day, the tips given were very helpful and were something that I had not considered before. I will certainly put what I have learnt in to practice in future.

Worth a watch to remind ourselves of 'time bandits'.

This course doesn't reflect my working environment, e.g. working on the same project for days or weeks at a time. Some of the advice explicitly contradicts the cyber security course too!
