Simple but thorough training
I found all the courses interesting and easy to follow. The videos made the content sink in, rather than having to read reams of paper. Most of the content was general knowledge, but it was good to make me think about these areas in more detail.

Much better to see how to safely use a ladder than read about it! Covered all bases.

Easy to follow and informative
The course was easy to use and informative but as I don't have sound on my PC I read the script which I find can be quite wordy and lengthy, I think the use of bullet points would be handy for people who read the course rather than listen.
