An excellent course.
Many courses can be somewhat overwhelming and 'heavy-going' . I am pleased to say that this one isn't! The presentation was easily accessible; there was a friendly approach with clear, simple language to explain everything coupled with super graphics/clips/pictures, and an excellent summary section after each bit with the key points. It was like being in a virtual lecture room, and I thought it was great! Well done IRM!
much better than I expected
I must admit I was not looking to forward to this training, however i was pleasantly surprised , It was up to date and presented in a more interesting manner than face to face i had in the past.
