Good

I felt this taught me things I didn't know. But with some things that were committed on, I wouldn't know. Like it was said that children might be taken to a different A & E, each time . I won't know this information.

Sadly necessary course about sadly necessary process

I hate having to take this course so frequently as a social care worker of many years; I hate that definitions of abuse don't go away but multiply, and that Safeguarding is so essential. However, this course sets out everything anyone in the setting would need to know in easily understood terms. Some of the test questions I find confusing because (I think) of my being Dyslexic . Sitting this course also presented me with lots of technical issues, such as it refusing to start so gave up and retried- and retried! Or it refused to continue, or stammered. Which was annoying.

Excellent presentation and learning medium

Too long winded

Almost lost the will to live as there was no way to speed up the presentation, or just read it instead. Time estimates were wrong by a factor of two. Many of us have covered this a million times and could have done the quiz straight off. How does it relate to a one week camp, rather than teaching in a secondary school? I mean, breast ironing?! Could have been a useful refresher if speeded up. Hence 3*.
