It’s really good more to learn about kids . I didn’t know much about from this training course I did learn more about their emotions and how to deal with it especially teen age kids .

Great course
Concise , easy to listen to and understand with videos and summary of each section with additional great resources
The training was very good.
The training was an eye-opener, as it introduced me to many different types and forms of abuse that I had not previously been aware of. It has enhanced my understanding of my responsibilities as a host and made me more aware of the various factors that can affect young people. Going forward, I will be more observant and assertive, and I will not take situations or concerns for granted. I recognise that young people, like everyone else, have the right to be treated with dignity, respect and understanding. I will therefore remain vigilant and ensure that their wellbeing, safety and individual needs are always given appropriate consideration.
