I found the training interesting, even though it brought back painful memories from my past. I wish that when I was young such issues were better recognised. I am from France, but have been living in England for over 30 years now (longer than I have lived in France!). We moved a lot as a child and my father was a policeman. These two factors meant that physical abuse and other abuse from my father combined with mental and emotional abuse from my mother were kept well hidden and lasted until we left my parents' place, which I could never call home… Thank you again. Held my attention. Lots of clear information and a few new bits that I leaned.

I have done similar training a few years ago and there is always something new to learn

Straight forward with only the information needed. Videos did not go on for longer than necessary and the information was delivered in a simple and easy to understand way. The woman had a voice that was relaxing and held my concentration and was very professional in the way she delivered the information.

The virtual training was very useful.
