Very thorough and well structured
A very thorough and well structured course divided into easily managed sections. The varied visuals helped to support the learning as did the test questions at the end of sections. I now feel well prepared to recognise and respond to a wide range of different types of abuse.

The two questions that I got wrong had not been made clear in the presentation which was frustrating

It was a good mix of legislation,fact and then emotional and behavioural issues. Well presented and easy to complete, making you realise our huge responsibility in this area.
