Was very informative
The course was broken down into very manageable sections allowing you to learn at your own pace. The change of presenters made it easier to listen and understand. I loved the additional information sections which I could read over. It was useful to be able to have subtitles on the units.

Structured, informative, clear, helpful
The course was structured, informative, clear and helpful. I know better what actions I need to take in response to a disclosure by a child, or having a concern about a child. I appreciated having the transcripts because I like to take in information through reading.

Having had extensive safeguarding training before, I found this a good refresher course, with many different aspects covered, and further documents available to explore if required.
