Clear and concise course. Audible role play would have been good.
Useful but information too concentrated
There is understandably a considerable amount of information that your company needs to compress into a manageable course length. However, I found the imbalance between section lengths frustrating; whilst I fully understand that recognising the different types of abuse is going to require significantly more time, perhaps that could be further divided into more manageable sections. There is much information, some of it quite distressing.

Much of the information is UK wide/England and Wales relevant; such as NSPCC which doesn't operate in Scotland although much of the legislation predates devolution. Children First is the Scottish equivalent of NSPCC
