A well structured course, I especially thought the recording and reporting elements were set out informatively and would be comfortable following the procedures set in place.

Straightforward and well presented.
It's only been one year since I did this training last and maybe because I was more sure of myself I wasn't so nervous. However, the material seemed more logical and I understood better the detail so I think I was more calm in my responses. Thanks
