Clear and engaging
The course was paced suitably and covered very relevant topics with clarity and personal engagement . I really appreciated listening to someone talk rather than just reading from a screen. It was accessible and in this sense more easily remembered. I also liked the recapping if you got an element wrong. Overall, thoughtful and informative training.

I found the course really informative, with excellent additional materials. For the final review questions, it would be useful to be able to have the opportunity to click on an answer then click submit, as in my haste when beginning, I knew the answer but clicked the wrong box, which was immediately submitted. It would be useful to be able to review the course materials to act as a refresher.
Safeguarding Children
The content of the course was very clear. it gave me more confidence in recognising early signs of risk and knowing exactly what to record and who to escalate to, which is exactly what I need in my role. Thanks
