Takes way to long to get through given that teachers do this year after year in different capacities. Questions can be poorly presented causing confusion when answering e.g. A) It can be both B) Reporting C) Recording
The majority of these topics are very important but often this importance gets lost because there is just so much stuff to go through. delivered in this way.

Clear and concise information.
Lengthy but the short videos made it easier to take in. Clear and concise information backed up with relevant documentation. Once you start the test, it gave an option to revisit the relevant information, which I did. I then got stuck at the beginning and had to sit through quite a few videos which were not about the query.
Really helpful, especially the test, with a chance to revisit sections when answer incorrect, so revise material and ensure we have the correct answer to help keep the children we care for safe. Thank you.

Great over all.
Clear explanations and graphics. However, it would be great if you could have the transcript in a larger font. I am a visual learner rather than an audio one.
