Again a very comprehensive course
I thought that for a library volunteer doing one day or half a day maximum in the week, it was too much. I shall not be working on my own and would really not be in a position that would get me so involved with someone that I would recognize a lot of what was discussed.
Easy to follow and informative…
Found the course useful and informative, videos were clear and the presenters did a great job. Unfortunately in the test I read a question wrong so missed out on my 100% but overall feel glad to have done the course today.
Useful course.
The course was really helpful & interesting. It was clearly explained so you could understand each section. It helped refresh my knowledge of the subject.
It’s really good
I enjoyed the training. It was really understandable and I received clear information. It was also presented well.

very easy to understand and had referenc
very useful CPD FOR ALL PRACTITIONERS. However ,you need to include a sample of a safeguarding report form so that we know what info is to be reported to the relevant safeguarding authority
Issue with a questions in the test
It would have been five stars but you asked a question which was not covered in videos. I checked the transcript. I knew the answer but should not have been asked in the first place. This is poor quality control.
Very interesting and informative
I got a bit irritated that you get logged out of inactive for a few moments. Also sometimes had to rewatch as cannot forward video even when already watched. Was my first course though. Also my percentage wasn’t the best so I tried harder for the second one ! One thing I would say is if the videos ran on one after another and all info at the end would be easier to do. I understand why it is that way though.
