Informative and very comprehensive
Well presented. The only negative observation I have is that ot would have been helpful if there had been an acknowledgement of voluntary work and the differences in approach that that might bring.

The training allowed for the fact that people accessing it may have very different roles and therefore need to know some areas of the subject in more depth. All the critical elements were presented, with options for further reading if required. All the trainers spoke clearly and having the training in bite-sized chunks helped to maintain interest and concentration. Excellent!

The training course was very useful with expert tutors that informed me about the principles and procedures of safeguarding adults. All my questions were answered and this is the first time I have been taking safeguarding adults training. I am sure that I will do my best to respond to needy people's safeguarding situation in a way that enhances involvement, choice and control as well as improving quality of life, well-being and safety.
