Informative
I think some videos can be cut down or just joined onto another video instead of having them separate.
Good
Really good, it gets you two really think about not just you but others around you in all walks of life, what's goin on in there life, and how you treat or how you see other people! It's not what you see on the outside, and you never no what they are goin through, as the same with yourself no one can tell. Untill you speak out about it
Irrelevant to my role in CHSS
While the course was in general of interest , I fail to see it's relevance on my volunteering role in retail

Very worthwhile and thought provoking
Initially I was puzzled why it was necessary to complete this as a voluntary worker within a charity shop as there was such a lot of information to be considered. However in completion I now feel that as a volunteer we should always be vigilant working with the public and our own colleagues for signs of possible distress or anything adverse which could be affecting their well being. It was clear and concise and has made me more aware of the vulnerability of individuals in general as anyone can be affected by poor treatment privately and in organisations.
Very informative and excellent delivery
An essential course for anyone working with vulnerable adults

The course was well presented and I liked the fact it was in small, manageable sections. This made it easier to concentrate on a specific section at a time. It was also nice you could leave it at a certain point and resume later. Very well organised session. Thank you.
