Easy to follow and understand
a helpful course
A well designed course in the main, which was easy to follow. I did, however, find it difficult to retain information on all the the different laws covering abuse, which were quite complex. It was also difficult to take in the names of all the agencies which were involved in overseeing adult care. I think perhaps this level of information should be reserved for safeguarding officers, as it is a distraction from the main points being made in each section.

Course content simple and understandable
This course has helped me acquired the skills and knowledge needed to protect individuals in our care; It's explicitly explained in details working in person centered care, roles and responsibilities,active participation, actions to take if there is abuse and unsafe practice.

I felt this course had a good amount of information. Easy to follow and laid out to help you understand and put it into your line of work

This course covers a wide span of working with others and is clearly and coherently put together. The participant is encouraged to engage with extra information included. The helpline was quick to reply when it was proving difficult to log-in and the offer of the ability to be able to take a break and resume was invaluable. Many thanks.

I found the course very good. I learned a lot that I was unaware of. The course itself was easy to follow with clear guidence at every step
