Good range of information.
I enjoyed this course and looking at other aspects of how people communicate the information. I found it valuable in the sense that I could take some of these examples to take away and use with my own students should I ever need to.

The training was not hard to understand!
Was done! In different parts, and was done in ways that made it easier for the leaner to understand! And the video clips wasn’t long, they were reasonable short and understandable, to go ahead and take the exam.

Good Understanding
This course helped me to understand how to make my role better, how can I provide better care to any individual which is best in their interest and well being. It gave me good understanding of all the areas which icludes in giving best service possible.
