Thorough and easy to understand
I thought the content and presentation was good. I found all the separate videos a little tedious, having to click through every couple of minutes, especially as I’ve done so similar statutory training many times. I guess it’s to stop people leaving the presentation running whilst doing something else!

This was a good course but not really relevant to my volunteer role within a charity shop as I serve customers, keep shop tidy etc.

Very important and detailed but perhaps needs breaking up or pacing as I was very tired by the time I’d completed
Quite impressed with the content
Good training , very informative explaining all types of abuse and especially like the focus on Whistleblowing as we all have a duty of care to inform Safeguarding Lead , CQC on abuse.
