comprehensive and clear
These videos with their clear and uncomplicated messages were, for me, very easy to follow. I like that we can watch the video again if we feel we've missed something. I like the questions that appear interspersed with the videos, to give us an idea of whether we are on the right track. And I also like that the videos are brief. The makers of this video have clearly challenged themselves to communicate clearly, with no hint of ambivalence or muddled thinking.
An interesting and informative course
This is a refresher for me, so I had already got the knowledge, however I found the course a good refresher and reminder. I enjoyed the way it was presented as it made it easier to watch.

An in depth introduction to safeguarding
The training was very useful. It made me think on a deeper level about person centred care and signs of abuse. As well as information on where to look for professional support and information.

clear and concise
well structured delivery of what was quite a lot of information. the speakers were clear and concise and the different sections the right length with straight forward questions which unlike some courses I have done were not out to trick!

Easy to use
I liked the bite-sized videos because it meant that the information was never overwhelming in size or content, thereby making learning an easier experience, especially for someone like myself who has problems concentrating for long periods. The option to rewind and listen again each time was useful too if one felt the need to double-check a particular point.
