Dealt with complex issues in bite sized
Raqther resented spending an hour on a course that had very little relevance to my volunteering role at Dartington, though it did, as it so happens, give me some insight into my son's partner's role as a care manager.

Very clear and informative..I wish the procedures for whistle-blowers worked as well as the video made it seem. I was puzzled when on occasion I went looking for extra information only to be directed to an outside source of unguaranteed information.

I needed to take my time on this course as it was so detailed. It took me 3 hours, not counting the test. Very good that additional reference information was provided to help deal with real life safeguarding situations.

Clear, concise training
A great training course, made much easier by listening to the two presenters, rather than just reading. It really helped me to absorb the information. Very impressed.
