Basic
A good summary for care professionals, less detailed and in depth than I would usually have as a health care professional. Frustrating waiting for the answer videos to play – I usually read the transcripts quicker than the videos talk through the information and there is no option to skip these once I'd read the answer, making me wait ~ 20 seconds extra per answer.
