This course was quite tough but was what it should be to safeguard vulnerable adults old and young. A lot of information to absorb and a lot of reading in the learning curve of care knowledge, I must admit I did enjoy learning all the information, and much of its content surprised me, many things that I did not know. I found this interesting as there were a few areas covered which I hadn't previously covered on other courses. It felt a little long in length but the questions asked were relevant.

Once you have mastered the login the course is easy to use, with video and written transcript. It is clear and concise, and the test at the end is very fair
