As a retired social worker I had expected that the course content would be familiar, which it was, but it was an impressive clear and comprehensive refresher presentation which I found helpful. In particular I thought that references to the legislation provided a really sound and authoritative context through which to describe good practice .

interesting and stimulating
I enjoyed taking this online course and it was actually very easy for people like myself who are not so skilled with technology to use .My only comment is that there was so many directions and advise that this actually made the process somewhat confusing.
