Clear informative easy to understand

Was easy to do informative, could do at my own pace and could go back over anything that needed more practice

Heavy but informative

As in previous roles I’ve done safeguarding, maybe a reference sheet for each of the safeguarding training would be useful as a guide

Easy to stand and follow

The course is easy to follow, as it is in small chunks you can stop and start as required.

Very good

Found the training and the content to be very good.

Detailed and useful

It was good to revisit this material one year on as my circumstances have changed. I am supporting my Father following two stays in hospital, his state of health is good though slightly fragile. I feel more sensitised to the issues involved and will try to maintain my awareness levels both at work and at home.

the course was very interesting

I was in pressed by course content and the whole deliver of it

Great

A comprehensive training delivered in a great format

Excellent

Very intense and structured

Useful safeguarding guidance

I felt this course was useful in providing guidance in dealing with Safeguarding, what signs to look out for, risks and how to record and report. Also helpful in applying a person centred approach to empower clients which may help reduce the risk of them being abused.

Safeguarding topic covered thoroughly

Safeguarding is a sensitive subject which is clearly presented and thoroughly covered in this updated course. Section 39/43 refers to the General Data Protection Regulation. This should be updated to the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018) which controls how personal information is used. To indicate the UK’s status outside the European Union (EU), the DPA 2018 was amended on 01 January 2021 by regulations under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. The DPA 2018 sits alongside and supplements the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
