Maybe a case study might make the training less dry and make situations more realistic. For qualified social workers with a registration they could be allowed a shorter version or skip to test.

Managed the course content with ease, it is a brilliant refresher as in work life sometimes, you do not have the time during the year to refresh your knowledge and some information can be forgotten. Thank you

Videos made it visually engaging and the questions throughout helped with retaining the information. I'd have liked more of these questions throughout.
Course was fine
I got to Q20 and answered one wrong I went back to section to review and found I was locked out of test…. I had completed unaware to me and had passed but system didn’t advise which was very frustrating.
