Easy to navigate through and very responsive. The videos were also very clear and summaries at the end were helpful.

aimed at too wide a group
This may be a good course but it refers too often to care workers, of which I am not one. Unsure why this course is aimed at everyone. A more appropriate course should be given to those whose primary role is NOT a care worker but may encounter some aspects of this course during normal work. A lot of specific terminology and directives make it too specific to care workers. unfair to rate it 1 star as it is probably ideal for a care worker.

The course brings home the importance of safeguarding in as straightforward way as possible for such a large and important subject.
