Clear , informative ,easily understood
The course is presented well with clear and precise information, I like the short animated parts to break it up . The persons presenting were clear and friendly , it was like having a chat , I like that style it puts you at ease and I personally learn more that way

This course is simple and yet comprehensive. It is clear and concise in its delivery. A useful course for a short safeguarding recap.

Although a good course I believe it goes into far too much detail for someone simply volunteering in a retail environment.
