A good summary of the issue
Too basic for me in terms of my own learning, but I appreciate the organisation needs to require all staff to complete this. As a joke I could say this is not very person centred. I was interested in some of the additional info about the legal framework etc As someone who has contact with many people in receipt of health and social care services I find the gap between theory and reality very sad.
