It's a comprehensive course
The course is comprehensive and covers everything you would need to know. Only thing I could suggest would be to have a course for carers/care organisations and a course for frontline healthcare organisations as various examples given weren't applicable to our non residential/care organisation.
Interesting but not really relevant.
Interesting in the respect that it gives useful information on how to recognise when someone is being abused. However, in my current role with the ARC it is difficult to see how I might apply that knowledge. Conceivably, if I took on a befriending role then it would be extremely useful. In my personal life, I cannnot imagine anyone being a victim of abuse although it would be wrong of me to say it will never happen. I suppose a total stranger might decide to confide in me in which case I would like to think I now have the tools to help.
Very good and informative course
This is a very well structured and informative course, it's delivered at a good pace to retain the information needed to Safeguard Adults.

Family Relationships
I felt the course needed to go deeper into how family relationships, can be controlling and manipulative, using behaviours to manipulate, lowering self esteem, so as to take advantage i.e. if you dont …, well if thats how you feel……., it’s not me your hurting….. so its all down to me then…..
Very important essential training

Thorough and user-friendly
To the point and not as cumbersome as previous Safeguarding courses. More in tune with Care roles.
