Very informative and easy format to follow.

The Safeguarding Adults (SOVA) level 2 training was very clear and comprehensive. It was useful to have a clear summary at the end of each section in order to reinforce the main learning points from each section. The practice questions were useful in appreciating how the final assessment test would proceed. It was very helpful to have the additional videos and links to further documentation as they reinforced the learning.

it was concise and very well explained without being boring the short videos mean I didn't zone out during presentations

As a one day per week voluntter working in a shop/retail setting I feel this is too in depth for my purpose

The course was useful and comprehensive, however it is extremely frustrating that if you make a mistake and click back that you can't click forward to return to where you were, instead you have to listen to the whole section. That is wasting precious time.
