Not sufficiently relevant
I found this video disappointing in that: • It was targeted at an office environment, not at the kind of jobs at schools apart from admin roles • It seemed to be based on a format of a return to work after a period of sickness absence rather than a major pandemic and generally enforced absence • The reference to COVID in brackets in the title didn’t automatically make it OK; it seemed to have been tacked on as an afterthought to a standard return to work management course I got nothing from it; thinking about my colleagues, I doubt they got much more from it
Easy to understand
The training covered everything you needed to know and reassured you that all the correct safety checks had been done before returning to work.
Informative & interesting presentation.
The presentation fully explains the 'return to work' procedure and with self help solutions encouraging a positive outcome for both employee and manager.
