Clear concise,and relevant
I found the design of the course easy to navigate. The graphics were helpful and enhanced the training. The speaker was very clear and informative. I felt the training was relevant and would be helpful in my work situation for myself personally and helping to support the clients I work with.

Content ok, but needs diverse presenters
Why when diversity is so important do you have stereotypical presenters? Maybe people who are less visually "perfect" would add credibility to the message.

Provided useful guide for handling tasks
This training suggest ways for communicating to co-workers and handling emotional changes. And also provide ways to release the pressure.
A course full of platitudes
A course seemingly designed to create compliant worker drones who never complain, treat every adversity with an empty-headed smile, and who attempt to warp their harsh reality by convincing themselves that it's a GOOD life. The emphasis on moderating one's reaction to an adverse situation rather than addressing the root cause seemed counter-productive. The scene of food waste during a time of food poverty was gratuitous and offensive.
