All the reading made it a bit boring
There were some spelling and grammatical errors in some of the reading. It would have been more engaging with more visual examples. Some of the test questions were strange – like e-cigarettes hygiene one! sounded like it was asking about their production method needing hygiene rather than the controls in a food manufacturing environment.

Doing it this way lets you work at your own speed – reading each section lets you read at your own speed plus re-read if not 100% sure of the information
