I thought the course was good with informed content and a frank attitude to dealing with mental health. I did find it a little long in the tooth with the two same speakers. No lived experience or examples. Think some courses should be in person to aid discussion and interaction
Essential Industry Training
This was a very important and well-structured course. It clearly explains why mental health awareness is so critical, especially within the construction industry. The information provided on how to spot the signs in yourself and others, and the practical advice on having supportive conversations, was incredibly valuable. This is essential training that benefits every individual on site, and I would highly recommend it to all colleagues.

Essential, feel good reading.
I personally came away feeling much better after watching this video. Like many others I've watched & read several other tutorials concerning mental health within our industry but to me there's never TO MUCH of it!! I found this particular video a GREAT help….Thankyou….
