Very interesting to listen to
Thank you for the opportunity to take part in your course. It is things that you should general know about but to actually listen to someone telling you makes you think about things more. I worried at first when it said test at the end, but was pleased that the information was translated clearly to sink in, and so was easy to remember it.

The best course to date!
This was one of the best courses I had to complete and learn about so far of all the courses I have done in the past month or so. It was insightful, full of truths and tips that I could relate to and even pass onto my partner. I would recommend to anyone to have a look and read about the extra resources too. I will be taking many tips and especially the breathing exercises and health advice linked to the NHS website on food, exercise and sleep. A special thank you to the iHasco team for such a well thought course. Thank you! M
Very helpful course
Our health is very important hence no human being could be productive if they are illhealth mentally and physically. This short course highlights the fundamentals of how to remain aware of what to do to remain wellbeing and productive at work. I will recommend this course to everyone who wants to stay alert of what contributes to the wellbeing of an individual.
