In isolation this course falls short of the mark. Without being delivered as part of a business specific wider course, I felt that many of the people who view this would still be fearful of speaking up.
This is a good general overview of how to and where to go to get help. The links to outside parties /groups is a good thing, along with downloadable guides that can be retained, and simple breathing exercises (discreate for the working environment).
It would have been good to include the 5 ways to wellbeing so things like staying connected and helping others as well as sleep, exercise and diet which were mentioned.
the course covers all that an individual needs to begin to manage their own mental health and recognise possible triggers with others. However, the test at the end is not very good. The answers are so obvious that it doesn't make you think. They are obvious to the point that you could ace the test without watching the course slides. What's the odd one out in the following list of items? Apple, Orange, Banana, Leprechaun?

Good training module for all, very relevant to workplace and collective wellbeing and with useful links and resources.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that this course was so well explained, easy to understand and sunk in with no pressure. It was effortless to get to grips with its presentation, so ultimately i now have a good idea of this subject and looking forward I should able to look out for the signs of when someone is in need of help.
