Good for awareness

As a mental health first aider and had comprehensive mental health training. I pretty much had a huge understanding of the course content. However looking at this as a first time learner of mental health I feel that this is a great course to introduce mental health. I feel that this should be a little more interactive. As just watching videos is not entirely beneficial. This is why I have rated this 4 stars. If there was an interactive presentation or dropping of a few practice questions during the course I would have rated it 5 stars.

Good info in good bite size chunks

I enjoyed how the course was set up, how it navigated and the optional extra resources. Many thanks

Provided a good overview and options

The course provided a good overview and analysis of the issues of mental health and some options for dealing with these. Will certainly be looking to incorporate some of the thinking into my working and private life to reduce stress,

Good content, but a lot of overlap.

The course content is perfectly fine. However, it overlaps massively with the 'mental health awareness for management' course that I was asked to do recently. I would suggest that the managers' course be trimmed down to include only the parts that aren't in the other course, otherwise people like me will continue to have to sit through 45 minutes of the same material twice, which isn't good for my mental health.

Interesting

Very helpful

Well presented and easy to understand.

More research has been done on breathing so highlight breathing in and out through the nose is more effective, rather than mouth breathing.
