Quick view of the breadth of the topic, more on management would be better
A greater depth of analysis with risks associated with support and relationships, especially where relationships with more senior Staff is relevant, would be beneficial. I did like the comment on managing the culture.
A good overview given the time required. I would encourage more CAUK staff to complete it.
