Could have been delivered as a leaflet.
I have pretty extensive experience dealing with my own mental health issues although the advice in this video series is sound its long winded, generic and over complicated. It felt at times condescending and belittling.
Great, informative, clear, reassuring
a very clear presentation, for a complex topic. The broad amount of information helped to provide reassuring and effective ideas, explanations and support.

I genuinely enjoyed this course
I think that this course was great at explaining a lot of things that people struggle with. However, I did have a small issue with some of the wording in the sections about depression. I personally have been diagnosed with severe depression, and I don't believe that this phrase is accurate: 'No matter how severe it is, people with depression will feel constantly sad, and often hopeless'. Depression doesn't mean that you're sad 100% of the time, it means that you are likely to have phases which include low moods.
I thought it was very interesting
I always enjoy doing the Mental Health Online Training as it’s important to look out for the signs in yourselves and other people when it comes down to Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing. Depression is the main one and anxiety and a lot of people have both. So of course I found it very useful to recognise the signs in my job.
