Very beneficial to all.

Very relevant to an ageing workforce and to anyone who have never experienced menopausal symptoms or someone with them. I have an office team comprising of 3 and all 3 are either peri-menopausal, or menopausal or, post menopausal and a wife and a wife, sister and three sister in laws all menopausal, so felt confident in my personal knowledge on the subject taking the course. However, any manager with little or no knowledge will benefit greatly for this course.

it covered a clear background of menopause with a summary of the employers and line managers responsibility. it was helpful to provide advice and information

A quick and informative course

I found the course to be very informative. It helped to hear legal requirements as well as more informal support that can be offered, as well as the suggestions on how an open environment can encourage open conversations.

Too basic

I'm a fully certified menopause specialist. The Biological aspect of course too rudimentary – role of progesterone and and testosterone not covered at all – both are important in women's well-being, and have a huge effect as they decrease I the Peru to play menopause transition.

Very clear, precise and easy to follow
