This was very useful to me, as I do sometimes have to lift heavy objects in my job. Also, because of my age I am beginning to get health problems. Any help I can get is greatly appreciated.

Was really investing will apply to every day
Interest to understand how manual lifting appears in every day life and that asking for help is not the wrong thing especially if you need more than one person to lift. I did not realise about the ratios and percentages when there is more than one person lifting.
very informative and well presented
Although I passed I was disappointed with my score as I lost the picture around eight slides from the finish, I could hear them but not see what they were doing.
