Need pen & paper to take notes as there a lot to take in, but good course & a good reminder

This course was very useful because I don't think most people realise how they can harm themselves over a period of time with improper, manual handling of heavy objects at work and during normal activities, on a daily basis. It was simple, to the point and will help on the job moving forward.
