Unrealistic but effective
Boring fare, citing old tropes that, while correct in theory, are mostly unnecessary in practice unless lifting relatively heavy weights. My arms can and often do reach out to place something on a table. I sometimes do twist to lift a number of things from one side of me to another. To cite the only way of doing this safely as a series of squats means that anyone else in this position has no appropriate advice to apply when lifting things in the real world. The reality is that if something is too heavy to lift 'carelessly', there's usually a series of trials till the appropriate amount of effort is identified and the respective amount of technique applied. Your presentation suggests that we should treat an empty box as carefully as we'd treat a heavy box. Ridiculous and irrelevant. That makes this a box-ticking exercise for when that miniscule risk is realised so businesses can say "we told you so" but wouldn't
