Refresher e-training on manual handling which was well-structured. Explanations and examples were clear and the training didn't lose any value from being online rather than classroom based.

The course kept buffering
The course kept buffering and the volume went off after about 50 seconds on each slide, so i could only do it by reading the content however this is probably down to my wifi. The content was really good
